Leg day! Work ‘em hard and work ‘em fast, then get on with life. Be sure to give your legs a good stretch when you’re done, especially if you have a desk job like I do and they get real tight during the day.
Warm up + Cardio - (10 minutes)
Squat with Leg Extension / Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3(12)(12)
Oblique Lifts / Leg Press Calf Raises - 3(*)(12)
Additonal Cardio - (10 minutes)
Cool down and stretch - (10 minutes)

Remember, any workout can be a good one if you train hard and keep moving. And any workout can be poor if you mostly stand around and take long breaks. My workouts are intended to be done at a quick pace, with no more than 30 seconds rest between sets, between the two exercises in a superset!
