Thanks for visiting my site, which is dedicated to gaining muscle, losing weight, burning fat, and just getting more fit in general.
Currently my plans for providing the DFP (Daily Fitness Plan) have been put on hold. But that doesn't mean you can't easily generate your very own workouts based on the information I've provided on my site.
There is also a ton of great information on the proper ways to exercise and eat here.
